Product Line Management

  • Member of the KLA Pro group. Primary focus was on legacy and refurbished tools.

  • Successfully completed the Broadband Plasma Inspection L1 module. Passed all web-based trainings, written tests, and an on-tool recipe setup examination.

  • Optimized the customer Request for Quotation (RFQ) handling system through a data-driven graphical user interface and automated the documentation system.

  • The GUI reduced cross-communication between internal teams, simplified the data cataloging procedure and lowered the RFQ response time by 75%

  • Assembled information and simplified data collection from Design, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Install engineers in multiple cities around the world.

  • Member of the Advanced NPI group. Primary focus was on implementing existing semiconductor IP to emerging market devices, processes and tools.

  • Optimized analysis tool kits using Python, JMP & ImageJ to accelerate data analysis & improve time-to-results for in-situ monitoring in Metal 3D Printing.

  • Worked on prototype system characterization & yield management tools for the SLS 3D Printing monitoring package. Specifically designed & ran individual experiments to support the overall test plan and improve functionality

  • Developed the product strategy and consumer use-case plans for an in-situ monitoring system in conjunction with third-party metal 3D printing partners.

  • Designed specific test models to expand the core functionality of the system and carefully detailed the system features and specifications for external marketing.

  • Built a medical device to relieve irritation in the ear canal post swimming in a joint collaboration between Berkeley Mechanical Engineering, California Institute of Quantitative Bio-sciences (qb3) and UCSF otolaryngologists.

  • Conceptualized and fabricated a delivery system that will ensure accurate administration of a topical solution to the external acoustic meatus (outer-ear).

  • Assessed local manufacturing facilities to scale the design protoype to mass production and distribution.

Data Science Intern

  • Developed a Stream Personalization Scoring Model using India’s fastest growing eCommerce website, SnapDeal’s product catalog.

  • Worked on an Advertisement CTR (Click Through Rate) Prediction Model on MATLAB and built a GUI for inputs, results, plots & analysis trends.

  • Formulated a connectivity matrix for all the entire catalog by attributing relational values to each item.

  • Tested edge case scenarios for the prediction model and built provisions to handle unique situational inputs.
