The quintessential Southern California beach town! Had great fun driving through Central California as we cruised up & down the coast. The weather, beaches & kayaking was amazing! Had a delicious experience eating Mediterranean food at Zaytoon, sandwiches at Pickle & Swiss and ice cream at McConnell's.

Quite easily spent the extended weekend looking at inspiring structures such as the Lincoln Memorial, important documents at the National Archives, animal kingdom at the Museum of Natural History, and airplanes at the Smithsonian Museum of Space & Flight. Did I mention all these places were free?
